RE: Chrisman's Home Cuisine - Chef John
To Whom It May Concern:
We were able to utilize Chef John's service a few months ago and were greatly impressed with the entire process. He took the time to meet with us first and explain how the service worked and to find out about our individual likes and dislikes regarding food. He then designed a menu for our approval and brought everything with him on the day he was to cook.
He arrived promptly, supplies in hand, ready to go. When we got home that evening, not only did the house smell wonderful, but the kitchen had been cleaned and everything put away. That night's meal was excellent as was all of the food that was prepared. Portions were actually bigger than we customarily eat so we had more meals than were promised.
On the whole, the experience was not only very pleasant, Chef John is very easy and accommodating, it has turned into a time saver as well. When I don't get home until 5:30 or 6:00 PM, the last thing I want to do is prepare a meal, so this works out very well for me. We will definitely utilize Chef John again in the future.

Chrismans Home Cuisine has been a great option to allow our family to enjoy a healthy and fresh meal together.
Chef John asked us a series of questions and from our answers has been able to make menu recommendations that meet our needs while allowing us to explore new foods.
Other than the smell of a fresh loaf of bread, there is a never a sign that the chef has been in our home until you open the fridge door and see the stack of newly prepared meals. A great service which we highly recommend.

Imagine my thoughts at having a "personal chef" !! WOW!! Cool!! But way to expensive for me!!
How far from the truth I was. After sitting down with Chef John and looking over his services and what he had to offer -- I just couldn't refuse.
Chef John offers you a service that saves you time in terms of not having to come home to cook a full meal, saves you money because you don't have to go to the grocery store weekly or out to eat and provides you and the family well balanced meals so you eat healthy -- all at a cost that fits your budget!!.
His meals are exquisite. We feel like we are dining in a restaurant in the comfort of our own home!
A personal chef is a dream if you work all day or have a hectic schedule. All you have to do is come home and pop the meal in the oven or microwave and viola!!
Chef John -- Thank you for the fabulous service, the clean kitchen, and wonderful meals that we have enjoyed.
If you don't have a personal chef, call Chef John for your family or dinner party needs. He will serve you above and beyond your expectations.

Chef John,
When I asked my assistant to get us a Personal Chef almost two years ago, I never imagined that you would become part of our extended family, as you know we own a highly competitive Mortgage Banking Company and stay very busy with the business and travel. To be able to call our assistant on our way back into town on Mondays and ask "What is for dinner?" with a reply of "Teriyaki Chicken with Orange sauce and Triple Bean Bake on the side" is a wonderful thing for us, as the last place we want to be is in front of the stove after traveling all day or being at the office all day and most important of all we know the food will be made with the freshest ingredients and healthy for us as we discussed our likes and dislikes the very first time we met.
We appreciate you and the services you provide as in doing all the grocery shopping and the intense clean up you do after all meals are prepared, the fact that our assistant can continue to work on the projects we have her working on and not have to stop to do the grocery shopping or spend time cleaning up after someone else in the kitchen is exactly what makes you part of our team in our home.

When I travel to the Orlando area for business or pleasure, I call Chef John
to arrange for truly special meals. John makes recommendations to suit the
tastes of my family and friends. His menu is full of enticing appetizers,
salads, entrees and desserts.
After a day of business or golf or hectic family activities, it is wonderful to relax in our condo while John performs his magic. He arrives with all utensils and supplies and ingredients.
Chef John takes a professional approach in his preparation of our meals, and he
always adds his personal touches. Our anticipation builds as the exquisite
aromas fill the rooms. John takes the time to explain what various
ingredients will contribute to a dish, and that insider's knowledge enhances
the pleasure of each bite.
Chef John delights in telling the lengths that he has gone to find the finest ingredients. The coup de grace as we sit comfy and sated: Chef John packs the leftovers for us and cleans the kitchen!
The entire experience is always memorable and I cannot wait until
my next meal with Chef John.

Dear John,
I wanted to tell you again how much Russ and I enjoyed the wonderful dinner you prepared for us. He's still raving about it. It was not only a dinner, it was a unique experience for both of us and it couldn't have gone any better. Everything was delicious, as you saw we cleaned our plates. I've already passed on raves to several friends. Terri called today to see how it went and I gave her course by course and blow by blow. Thank you again for everything, especially your attention to detail. Best wishes to you and I hope I'll be able to this again soon.
